Directions for Use:

1. Brush your teeth with toothpaste in preparation

2. Apply the Whitening Essence to a clean cotton bud modestly, avoiding extra liquid on the cotton bud

3. Focusing on one tooth at a time, gently rub the cotton bud over the front and back of the tooth to remove the stains and discolouration

4. Leave on for up to 20 minutes, avoid getting the liquid on your gums, cheeks or lips

5. Once you have cleaned all of your teeth rinse your mouth thoroughly with warm water to remove any traces of the product
