A vaginal steam is a process that involves a woman sitting over a pot or bowl of simmering herbs, allowing the steam to travel up her vaginal canal to her uterus.
This indigenous practice has been done by women worldwide for centuries. It is done for medical and healing purposes.
Typically the herbs used in a vaginal steam encourage the natural shedding of the uterus, allowing old matter to be removed & new energy to flow into the uterus.
1.To use the Steam Seat, Place 1 packet of Steaming Herbs in the Yoni Seat and add aprox 4 cup of boiling water
3.Let the boiled herbs cool for at least 5-10 minutes or until a comfortable temperature before sitting down to steam.
4. Wear socks and a robe while steaming. You can sit and steam until the water is no longer hot.
Do not steam if you have an active yeast infection, during your period (no more than 3 days before your period starts or wait 3 days after your period ends), if you’re pregnant or maybe pregnant, if you have an IUD or any other type of vaginally implanted birth control.
